How to Reset Your JUMP Password

Step 1: Go to https://flow.oneononelms.com/home/ and click the "Login Here" button.

Step 2. Click on 'Forgot Password'.

Step 3: Enter your email address and Click 'Reset Password'.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Step 4: From your email, click on the 'Reset Password' button.

Step 5: Enter a new password, repeat the new password and click the 'Reset Password' button to confirm. You can now login with your new password.
