You are able to start a live chat with an agent right from your course page.

Simple click on the widget located at the bottom right of your page.  A chat window will populate. 

Start chatting with your virtual agent by asking Una anything.

If you is unable to answer your question, she will transfer you to an agent.

Note: If you would like to reconnect to the chat, click on "conversation" at any time.
