Reward Program

As of January 3, 2023, you can unlock a wide array of rewards with points accumulated while learning.

Once you are a member of One Academy, you are eligible for rewards. Here is a table below that will guide you as to membership type and rewards qualified.

Members must have a minimum of 20,000 Learner XP points to qualify for rewards.

Annual Top Achiever - $10,000 gift voucher for the learner with the most points.

How does the programme work?

Once you have reached the minimum of 20,000 points, a gift card with the representative dollar value will be prepared and emailed to you.

You earn points from various activities on the platform, such as daily logins, completing skills gap test, completing courses. Learn more about earning points here.

Along with earning points, there are a few criteria each member must meet:


  1. Has an active membership on One Professionals or Partner programs

  1. Completed six (6) courses on the LMS

  2. Completed a minimum of four (4) surveys,

  3. Write a review/short testimonial.


How do I redeem my gift card?

Your Reward Gift Card can be redeemed at any of the participating merchant locations online or physical store for goods/services up to the value of the voucher. 


How to Redeem Online
Visit any of the listed merchants' online stores, at checkout select the option to Apply Gift Card.  You will see the option to apply your claim code, enter the code once prompted. Gift card funds will be applied automatically to eligible orders during the checkout process. You must pay for any remaining balance on your order with another payment method.


How to Redeem In-Store
For in-store redemptions, simply show your gift card from your mobile device to the cashier.  He/ She will scan the barcode or enter the card number.


Conditions

  1. Rewards are available to registered users only.

  1. Experience Points (XP) earned or redeemed do not cover applicable taxes/fees.

  1. Experience Points (XP) are earned and redeemable by the email address on the account only.

  2. Experience Points (XP) and rewards are non-transferable.

  3. Experience Points (XP) may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
