Trouble Uploading an Assignment?
If you are having issues uploading a file for a course assignment, try this:
Check Your Settings
If the due date has passed and your assignment does not allow for late submissions, you will not be able to submit. If you are attempting to resubmit, it is possible that your assignment settings only allow for one submission per user. You may make a request through our Service Team to enable you to submit. Please note that this request might not be fulfilled due to the nature of your course/programme.
Check Your Tech
Try using a different internet browser, as this may resolve the issue. You may also clear your cookies and cache for your current browser. If you are attempting to submit using your mobile phone, please try again using a PC or laptop.
Upload via Link
Create your assignment online (for example posters can be created on Canva or the file can be uploaded into Google Drive) from here, copy and paste the hyperlink into the dialogue box for the assignment and select "Submit Answer".
