Course Progress Bar
You may notice a progress bar throughout your experience with the platform. In essence, it is a system used to track your level of completion for your courses. The course progress bar shows the progress that you are making towards finishing the course according to the outlined course materials and requirements. By default, the progress bar displays percentages between 0 and 100.
For example:
In most instances, this may be due to a missed live session for this course. However, to ensure everything is clear on your end, revisit all the course content and confirm that all course activities have been completed. Once all course content and activities have been completed you will still be eligible for a course completion certificate even if the progress bar isn't at 100%.
If you pass this check, you can report the issue to our team which will work to resolve the issue.
What's the difference between course completion and course progress?
Course completion is when you have completed all course activities and for some courses, attended all the relevant live sessions for a course (not all courses have a live session component). When all the criteria are met, you'll see 100% for your progress bar. You are then eligible for a course completion certificate.
Although you may have course completion, you can still interact with learning materials.
